Jason Kliewer joined Baird in 1998, and is a member of the Distribution team within Baird’s Global Industrial Investment Banking Group. Baird has completed over 100 M&A advisory and fundraising transactions for distribution clients, including public companies, privately held businesses and private equity sponsors. Jason has extensive M&A and capital markets experience working with distribution clients on both sides of the Atlantic. Jason was a founder member of Baird’s M&A team in Europe and was based in Baird’s London office for five years. Jason received an MBA from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and graduated with a BS degree in Finance, with the highest honors, from the University of Florida.
